In order to prepare all of the NOCG Instructors for the coming winter we decided to visit Scotland for some serious pre season winter conditioning. 12 days of varied, challenging and exciting training in the Glencoe area saw all of us stretched beyond our comfort zones, by both the weather and the mountains. Some went far beyond stretch, unused to working in such demanding weather conditions they kept expecting us to resort to an indoor programme, but to no avail! Now we are off to Pitztal for some early season ski training on the Glacier. Central Theme here we come!
